"Thamada Monk's Robe Centre" original shop was established and opened in the year 1983 by U Than Naing and Daw Kyi Swe at No. 118, Yetarshe old Road, Bahan Township, Yangon. In the year 2000, (2) original shops at No. 23/B, Yetarshe old Road, Bahan Township and other (3) original shops were opened at No. 156, Shwegondine Street, Bahan Township on 23 - 11 - 2003 and sold only one kind of original Robe preikhayar as a main goods. At present all sorts of Buddha Statues and Palins are available.

Thamada Robes are sewn in accord with Vinidaws, fulfilled in length and width, good seams, and have the right to enter into "Thein". It have sewn from brand new cloths with the right of colour and at the right of price too. Therefore it is the kind of robe certified by customers and liked by monks.
